In a 60's mood

Something really simple, as I like it the most. This dress reminds me of the ones worn in the 60's. I felt like fuchsia lipstick would be a perfect complement to this ensemble. How do you think?

Coś prostego i minimalistycznego- tak, jak najbardziej lubię. Sukienka krojem przypomina mi te, które noszone były w latach 60'tych. Pomyślałam, że szminka w kolorze fuksji będzie pięknie komplementowała stonowaną kolorystykę tego stroju, ożywiając go odrobinę. Jak myślicie?

Black and White

Well it's not so warm in Poland now, so after taking these few picures I ran to a small cafeteria to warm myself up with a hot cup of my favourite green tea with jasmine petals. I met there a 3 years old boy, playing with crayons. He came to me, gave me one crayon as a present and kept smiling and staring at me. When his parents took him, he started crying- I guess this young gentleman was a fan of red lips;)
This dress reminded me of Chanel aesthetics with its black&white ensembles. I have some pictures in my head of mademoiselle Coco, who loved dressing up in these colors.

Po zrobieniu tych kilku zdjęć, pobiegłam do małej kawiarenki, żeby się rozgrzać, popijajać moją ulubioną zieloną herbatę z jaśminem. Spotkałam tam małego, 3-letniego chłopczyka, bawiącego się kredkami. Przybiegł do mnie, dał mi jedną kredkę w prezencie i uśmiechał się, cały czas się na mnie patrząc. Kiedy rodzice chcieli już go zabrać do domu, zaczął płakać- chyba ten mały dżentelmen był fanem czerwonej szminki na ustach;)
Ta sukienka przypomina mi o estetyce, uwielbianą przez Chanel- ze swoimi czarno-białymi projektami. W głowie mam zdjęcia mademoiselle Coco, która lubiła łączyć ze sobą te kolory.

Colorful Leaves With Retro Feeling

Ah, it was such a beautiful day outside that I could resist to take a few photos on my blog, while I was visiting my home town. Most of the times I'm over-packing, but not this time. I took only a few things that I like most at the moment. But we all know that we always want to wear things, that we didn't bring with us;)!
I thought that this pretty background, didn't need a competition in a colorful ensemble, so I wore something neutral. Yes, yes, I'm obsessed with striped things, just like most of retro style lovers.
Most of the times, I like to wear red lipstick only in the evenings, but I made an exception.

W tak piękny dzień, nie mogłam się powstrzymać, by nie zrobić kilka zdjęć na bloga, podczas odwiedzin rodzinnego miasta. Zwykle na podróże zabieram ze sobą za dużo rzaczy, ale nie tym razem. Wzięłam tylko kilka rzeczy, które obecnie najbardziej lubię. No i miałam problem- wiadomo, że zawsze chcemy założyć na siebie to, czego ze sobą nie wzieliśmy;)!
Pomyślałam, że to piękne jesienne tło, w postaci kolorowych liści, nie potrzebuje konkurencji w postaci kolorowego ubioru, więc wolałam ubrać coś neutralnego. Tak, tak, uwielbiam paski, chyba jak większość ludzi lubiących mieszać styl retro ze stylem bardziej nowoczesnym.
Przeważnie czerwonej szminki używam tylko wieczorami, ale tym razem zrobiłam mały wyjątek.
