Catching some sun rays..

There's something about this vintage 50's girl style..
Something I will never give up;) I always feel the best wearing retro style dresses, clothes, sunglasses, make up. Denifitely stripes and polka dots are my favourite patterns. On the lazy days, summer days I always wear wedges or ballet flats, instead of high heels, even though nothing can beat high heels.
If only summer could stay with us forever;)..

Jest coś w stylu dziewczyn z lat 50'tych...
z czego nigdy nie zrezygnuję;) Zawsze czuję się najlepiej nosząc sukienki w retro stylu, ubrania, okulary słoneczne, makijaż. Paski i groszki to moje ulubione wzory, zdecydowanie! W "leniwe", letnie dni, zawsze noszę buty na koturnie lub balerinki, zamiast wysokich obcasów, mimo, że nic nie pobije wysokich obcasów;)
Gdyby tylko lato mogło zostać z nami wiecznie;)...

My best friend an brother came back from France a few days ago and brought me some french magazines. This editorial with Magdalena Frackowiak in Brigitte Bardot style is definitely one of my favourite this month. You probably know it already, but in case you don't- this is a small teaser. Perfect way to work on my language reading and looking through the pages of Elle and Vogue, while sipping delicious white tea with violets.

A while ago I was looking at some of my old Vogue's and got inspired by some of the photos. Here are a few ones. They make me feel like Summer is around the corner. Stripes, red nails, sandals, shorts and summer dresses. The last photo is showing a perfect, classic make up for the glamorous evening with a final touch of beautiful perfume.

Jakiś czas temu przejrzałam kilka z moich starych Vogue'ów i sporo zdjęć, które w nich znalazłam, zainspirowały mnie na nowo. Wstawiam kilka z nich. Patrząc na nie czuje się, że lato jest tuż za rogiem. Paski, czerwone paznokcie, sandałki, szorty i letnie sukienki. Ostatnie zdjęcie ukazuje idealny makijaż na czarujący wieczór, których nieodłącznym elementem są piękne perfumy.

Do you have somethimes that feeling ,when you are reviewing your old magazines, that you've never seen it before? I've got. Sometimes looking at some editorials after a year makes me feel that It's something completely new. These are some photos that inspires me lately, even when they are from previous year's Vogue magazine. All of those outfits are perfect for fall! Which is your favourite? and by the way what do you think about furs for the autumn/winter? I mean those real and fake ones. I'm courious what is your opinion.

Czy macie czasem uczucie , przegladajac swoje stare magazyny o modzie, że nigdy wczesniej go nie widzieliście? Ja mam. Czasami ogladajac jakiej magazynowe sesje po roku mam uczucie, że to coś kompletnie nowego. To są zdjecia, ktore ostatnio mnie inspiruja, nawet jesli powiem, ze pochodza z

poprzedniego roku. Wszystkie z tych zestawow sa swietne na jesien. Ktory z nich jest twoim faworytem? No i jeszcze jedno. Co myslicie o futrach na jesien/ zime? Mowie o prawdziwych i sztucznych. Jestem ciekawa waszych opinii.

New Accesories

I came back from Gdansk. Tired, but extremely happy. Day that I spent right there gave me the energy for the next week. Hah, I think that I'm just made to live in the big city and someone made a mistake and I live in the small one. I almost missed my train to home- It's so me. At the minute I was running for the train I thought I would have to sleep somewhere on the street and that was my mobilisation to running faster.

Of course i couln't leave the city without visiting some of my favourite stores. This is what i came with: Gorgeous long leather gloves, Spanish Vogue, Sephora nailcolour in the colour of dark chocolate and Chanel lipstick in classic shade of pink from the autumn collection.

P.S have you noticed those over-the-knee boots? I'm thinking ant thinking about investing in those beauties. What do you think?

Edit: Today I ordered black over-the-knees from the Internet. Lucky me, it was the last pair in my size! The only pity is that i have to wait for them something about 20 days.. but it's worth it:)


No to wróciłam z Gdańska. Zmęczona, ale niemożliwie szczęśliwa. Dzień, który tam spędziłam dał mi energię na kolejny tydzień. Hah, chyba jestem stworzona do mieszkania w dużym mieście, ale ktoś popełnił błąd no i mieszkam w małym. Prawie spóźniłam się na pociąg do domu- cała ja. W minucie, kiedy biegłam na pociąg, myślałam, że będę musiała spędzić noc gdzieś na ulicy i to mobilizowało mnie by biegnąć szybciej.

Oczywiście nie mogłam opuścić tego miasta, nie odwiedzając kilku ulubionych sklepów. Oto efekt: cudowne, długie, skórzane rękawiczki, hiszpański Vogue, lakier z Sephory w kolorze ciemnej czekolady i szminka Chanel i klasycznym odcieniu różu z jesiennej kolekcji.

P.S Czy zauważyliście te kozaki? Ciągle myślę i myślę, żeby zainwestować w te piękności. Co o tym myślicie?

Edycja: Dzisiaj zamówiłam przez Internet czarne kozaki za kolano. Miałam szczęście, to była ostatnia para w moim rozmiarze! Szkoda tylko, że musze na nie czekać około 20 dni.. no ale warto:)

Bought myslef a fashion bible with gorgeous Sienna Miller on the cover. Just to feel a little bit better when the weather is so bad right now. Rain is definitely not for me, but there are some good sides of this situation too. You've got time to read, read and read about fashion! Just add a cup of tea and something made from chocolate - and you've got a perfect afternoon!

Kupiłam sobie modową biblię z cudną Sienną Miller na okładce. Tak poprostu, żeby poczuć się trochę lepiej, kiedy za oknem jest tak zła pogoda. Deszcz zdecydowanie nie jest dla mnie, ale są też dobre strony takiej sytuacji. Ma się czas, żeby czytać, czytać i czytać o modzie!
