It's still raining.. Spent the entire afternoon in a small cafeteria eating delicious pie and drinking my favourite latte.
Found a charming name for this color of my silk blouse: French blue.

Nadal pada.. Spędziłam prawie całe popołudnie w malutkiej kawiarence, jedząc pyszne ciasto i pijąc moją ulubioną latte.
Znalazłam wdzięczną nazwę dla tego koloru mojej jedwabnej koszuli: francuski niebieski. Jeden z kolorów francuskiej flagi.

Little Day Dress

When there's hot outside I like to put on me a little day dress with a pair of ballet flats and nice sunglasses. Comfy, yet stylish and classy outfit. Perfect for the summer in the city:)

Kiedy na dworze jest gorąco, lubię założyć na siebie coś prostego, takiego jak dzienna "mała czarna", połączona z baletkami i ulubioną parą okularów słonecznych. Strój mimo, że elegancki i w klasycznym stylu, jest bardzo wygodny. Idealny na lato w mieście:)

Sorry for being absent for a while, but I'm enjoying my holidays now. Doing everything I didn't have time for: watching old movies and Mad Men series, spending time with my friends, reading good books, going to some small trips and exploring most beautiful places in polish cities.
Today I found these photos which were taken and decided to post some. Now I can see how my style is changing:) Now I'm more into delicate clothes and soft colors. But I won't change my mind: Man's shirt always looks best on a woman.

Przepraszam za nieobecność, jednak cieszę się teraz moimi wakacjami. Nareszcie mogę robić to, na co wcześniej nie miałam czasu: oglądam stare filmy, nadrabiam zaległości z oglądania serialu Mad Men, spędzam czas z przyjaciółmi, czytam dobre książki, jeżdżę na mini wycieczki i odkrywam najładniejsze zakątki moich ulubionych polskich miast.
Znalazłam dziś te zdjęcia, zrobione już jakiś czas temu. Teraz widzę, jak mój styl się zmienia:) Teraz uwielbiam nosić delikatne ubrania w jasnych i delikatnych barwach. Jednak nie zmienię zdania: Męska koszula zawsze wygląda lepiej na kobiecie.

Some of you guessed. The item hidden in a box is .. Dior cat eyes sunglasses. The glamorous retro inspired design reminds me about 50's fashion. I can't describe how happy I am about having them! Dark chocolate shade od brown and metal elements in gold color.. perfect combination!
P.S Is it so hot in your Countries too? In Poland there's 37 Celsius degrees now! Wish it was a little bit cooler;)

Niektórzy z was zgadli. Rzecz schowana w pudełku to.. okulary Diora o kształcie kocich oczu. Retro projekt w stylu glamour lat 50'tych i tamtejszej mody. Nie mogę się nimi nacieszyć! Szczególnie podoba mi się w nich kolor ciemnej czekolady, połączony z metalowymi elementami w kolorze złota.
P.S I jak znosicie upały;)?

Before I went on holidays I saw some beach photos from 50's Vogues. Retro style swimsuit, red lips and red nail polish. Can't say I wasn't inspired. By the way: running on the beach like that at five in the morning- unforgettable experience.

Przed wyjazdem na wakacje przeglądałam plażowe sesje zdjęciowe z Vogue'ów z lat 50'tych. Strój kąpielowy w retro stylu, czerwone usta i czerwony lakier do paznokci. Nie mogę powiedzieć, że nie byłam zainspirowana. Swoją drogą: bieganie na plaży w ten sposób o piątej nad ranem- niezapomniane przeżycie.

If I could choose only one advert I love the most.. It would be the Chanel No 5 one with Nicole Kidman. I remember how it impressed me a few years ago when I first saw it. And it still is.. It reminds me of 'Old Hollywood'. Just wanted to share it with you guys:) And it's a small intro to the theme of perfumes, which I want to write a post about soon.

Jeśli miałabym wybrać jedną reklamę, którą najbardziej lubię, byłaby to reklama perfum Chanel No 5 z Nicole Kidman. Pamiętam jakie wrażenie na mnie zrobiła, gdy widziałam ją poraz pierwszy kilka lat temu.. I nadal robi. Przypomina mi klimat "Starego Hollywood". Chciałam się tym z wami podzielić:) No i to takie małe intro do tematu perfum, o których już wkrótce będzie post.
